What LAFFZ is

LAFFZ (laffz.app) is a daily joke delivery service. Once per day, we send a single SMS message containing a joke to subscribers who have opted in via our website.

Information we collect

When you subscribe via our website, we collect your phone number for the sole purpose of sending you the daily joke. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.

We also collect anonymous reaction data (thumbs up / neutral / thumbs down) linked to a randomly generated session ID stored in your browser. This data is never linked to your phone number or any personal identifier.

How we use your information

Your phone number is used exclusively to send you one joke per day via SMS. We do not:

• —Sell or share your phone number with third parties
• —Send marketing, promotional, or sponsored messages
• —Use your number for any purpose other than the daily joke
• —Send more than one message per day

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive one SMS message per day from LAFFZ. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will not receive further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data storage

Phone numbers are stored securely in a private database. We retain your number only while you are an active subscriber. Upon unsubscribing (via STOP reply or request to biz@laffz.app), your number is removed from our system.

Third-party services

We use Twilioto deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery. Twilio's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing biz@laffz.app or by replying STOP to any message. We will remove your information within 5 business days.
